The following is a list of information you will need to have ready when filling out loan applications.
Homeowners insurance Drivers license Mortgage coupon with balance and payment
Recent pay stubs (not handwritten) Previous two years' W-2s
Previous two years' 1040s with schedules Year to Date P&L (sometimes required) (if you don't want to verify your income, we can do that too)
Copy of lease(s) Utility bill from renter(s) Previous two years' 1040s (sometimes required) |
