MAINTENANCE
Your
pool will require minimal weekly maintenance to ensure its proper
functioning. For details and instructions on pool maintenance, we
will soon have a maintenance pamphlet to download our here.
Also,
in the near future you'll find links here to video and animation
that explain how to care for your pool and equipment.
WARRANTY
If
you should have a problem with your pool, masonry, or equipment
please read the following before calling:
If
your pool was completed from 2003 to current you have a 3 year warranty
on your equipment. A 3 year warranty applies to all masonry and
plaster*. The shell of your pool (gunite) is fully guaranteed for
the life of ownership. All warranties apply
to the original pool owner. There is a 10 year transferable warranty
on the shell, the change of ownership most be provided to us in
writing.
If
your pool is under warranty please contact us directly and we will
schedule work with the appropriate service center and/or technician.
If
your warranty has expired or is void due to change of ownership
